Alisha served as a police officer for 13 years and overcame stage 3 colorectal cancer. She is now dedicated to helping others prevent and overcome health challenges through nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness coaching. Her passion is helping women and children determine their WHY while focusing on building wellness habits for success in all areas of their lives.

Alisha is a wife and a mom of one. She served as a Cincinnati Police Officer for 13 years. After battling and conquering stage three colon cancer she retired from police work and decided to serve as a Health and Wellness Coach and Reflexologist. Alisha has a passion for service and a compassionate heart for children and women. 

Alisha earned an Associates of Business from Eastern Gateway Community College, a Masters in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and a Master Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Alisha's strives to help cancer patients navigate their journey's; serving as a listening ear, motivator and resource.
